(Moscow, May 29, 2014) - Bristol-Myers Squibb and AKRIKHIN have signed an agreement on the localization of the production activities of Bristol-Myers Squibb innovative medicine to be completed at the AKRIKHIN's production facilities.

AKRIKHIN Board of Directors decided to appoint Denis Chetverikov as the new President of the Management Board as of May 1.

Mr. Kirill Volynchik has been appointed the Vice President for strategic development of AKRIKHIN. This position was formerly occupied by Mr. Rustam Iksanov who joined the AKRIKHIN team in September of 2010.
