13.02.2023

Akrikhin has been included into the annual Rating of Russian Employers-2022 presented by the HeadHunter recruiting service, and ranks 3rd among major employers in medicine and pharmacy. The shortlist of the rating includes over 1,000 companies from different industries of the Russian market.

According to the country’s leading Employer Rating-2022, Akrikhin has become one of the top three (3rd place) employers in the Major Companies category among 24 companies in Pharmacy & Medicine (61st among 268 companies of all industries in this category).

Akrikhin appreciates being included into the main rating of Russian employers. Ensuring favourable working conditions for our employees is one of the company’s key priorities in HR management. We are committed to continuously improving the working environment and developing our corporate culture; we are working to improve the efficiency of our business processes so that our employees feel part of their best team and we can develop the success of the company together. This rating correlates with the results of AKRIKHIN’s annual employee engagement survey, where we also received a very high rating that exceeds the market benchmark,

– said Natalia Duvanova, HR Director at Akrikhin

The HeadHunter survey, which has been conducted since 2010, is one of the largest surveys in Russia in terms of the number of participating companies and respondents. In 2022, 1996 companies took part in it with 1082 of them included in the short list.

In the Rating, companies are divided into four categories depending on the number of employees: largest (over 5,000 employees); major (1,001 to 5,000 employees) — 268 finalists; medium (251 to 1,000 employees) — 344 finalists; small (101 to 250 employees) — 367 finalists.

A company’s position in the Rating is determined by the final score, which is made up of three independent assessments: external assessment from job seekers (40 %), internal eNPS survey of employees (40 %), assessment of the companies’ HR processes (20 %). Such an integrated approach ensures the most unbiased and highest-quality employer assessment.
