On November 15th, TASS press center announced the winners of GxP-Profi 2024, an industry competition in the field of pharmaceutical production quality. Eleven projects, selected from 34 submitted applications by pharmaceutical companies from 5 countries, reached the final. The project of Akrikhin, as in 2022, won.
This year, the company presented a project called «Multifunctionality — a strategy for training pharmaceutical personnel». It involves increasing production efficiency through employee interchangeability. The essence of the project is to create a system for assessing and developing the competencies and skills of the current staff, as well as introducing a matrix approach to staff rotation. This strategy allows maintaining the production cycle at a high level in the event of dismissal or long-term absence of an employee. Thanks to the implementation of the project under the leadership of Quality Director Faiza Yagudina, employee interchangeability increased by 27.5%, and the company’s annual productivity by 4,430 packs per person. Moreover, equipment downtime at the company’s production facility was reduced by 6,335 hours per year, and the release period for finished product series was reduced by 33.5%.
