14 March 2018, Moscow – AKRIKHIN has ranked in fourth place in the annual 2017 HeadHunter Rating of Employers in Russia in the Pharmaceutics and Medicine category and also placed in the top 100 best employers in Russia. In addition, AKRIKHIN was noted as one of the leading companies with the most advanced HR processes.
According to the results for 2017, AKRIKHIN received one of the highest scores for employee satisfaction with the employer’s brand – 76%. Employee commitment to AKRIKHIN in 2017 was 81%, while in 2015 this score was about 60%.
The professional rating was compiled using a comprehensive methodology that took into account three indicators: internal assessment, an assessment of the HR department’s effectiveness and the opinion of jobseekers.
For the internal stage, ECOPSY Consulting polled staff to assess work engagement, job satisfaction, loyalty and support. On the basis of an analysis of anonymous online surveys, companies were awarded scores. HR staff also completed a professional questionnaire, which was used to gauge how effective and advanced the HR function is. In the external stage, HeadHunter analyzed positioning of the company and the opinion of jobseekers: they chose organizations where they would like to work.
The research’s unique methodology makes it possible to comprehensively analyze employers and assess how attractive they are to jobseekers. A place at the top of the rating is thanks to positive feedback from employees about their company and recognition of colleagues, which helps seal the company’s status as a successful employer. AKRIKHIN’s strong performance in the HeadHunter rating confirms the effectiveness of the company’s external positioning and also staff satisfaction with employment conditions and the results of their work.
